Tickets.com Inks Deal with Tulsa Convention Center Arena

Tickets.com, gaining on Ticketmaster in the primary ticket market with its #2 ranking on Ticketnews' charts, has signed an agreement with facility management firm SMG to provide ticketing services and digital ticketing functionality for the Tulsa Convention Center Arena (TCCA).
TCCA will be outfitted with Tickets.com's ProVenueElite high-volume ticketing system and its client-branded ProVenueOnline Internet engine. Once installation is complete, Tulsa Convention Center Arena will begin selling tickets on its own Web site for arena events.

Tickets.com like to screw american people out of money. If you buy tickets with a credit card DON'T. I purchased two tickets for a rodeo in oklahoma for the 7:30 performance and when I got to the will call at 3:30 to pick my tickets up tickets.com charged my credit card and they gave me tickets for the 1:30 performance, neither would anyone form the oklahoma state fair nor tickets.com would not do anything about this. I spent $66.50 on the tickets and spent $40.00 on gas to get, not to mention we lived 100 miles from the event. This is very BAD customer service to American people. PLEASE, PLEASE don't buy any tickets from tickets.com, they will screw you over and take your money. They don't care, please pass this on to all of your oklahoma friends.
